Why does your child need health insurance?

Re-enrollment information!
Your Seton CHIP membership lasts for twelve months.
After that time, you must re-enroll. It’s easy to keep your coverage going. During your ninth month of enrollment, you will receive a reminder card telling you it’s almost time to re-enroll. During your tenth month, you will receive a packet that contains an application for you to update and complete, with detailed instructions about where to send your information.
