How do I get these benefits for me/my child?
You get the services from you/your child's Primary Care Provider. The Primary Care Provider and you can talk about what you/your child needs. Sometimes your Primary Care Provider may not be able to help you/your child. The Primary Care Provider may send you/your child to another doctor, specialists, or to a hospital for services.

How long do benefits last?
CHIP benefits last 12 months. There are limits on some services. Co pays apply to some services. You must pay the co pay amount listed on your child's Seton Health Plan ID card. You must track how much you spend on co pays.
STAR benefits depend on a member's eligibility. There are limits on some services. And there is no co pay for services.
