• Benefit Highlights displays your current copayment amounts and any deductible and maximum out-of-pocket expenses.
• Formulary Lookup presents a list of medications, defines the formulary status of each medication and assists you in finding lower-cost alternatives within a drug class. You can also obtain a cost estimate for a specific medication.
• With PersonalHealth Rx, you can look up your prescription history and print out a 28-month report of past usage to share with your physician or reference it for tax and flexible spending account purposes.
