New Users

To ensure secure, safe and confidential transactions, you must become a registered user. Just follow these two simple steps:

1. Complete our confidentiality agreement
   Please print out, sign, and fax this document back to the Seton Health Plan at (512) 421-4405. Alternatively, you can mail this document to our offices at 7715 Chevy Chase, Bldg IV, Suite 225, Austin TX 78752.
   
   
2. Complete the Registration.

Once you are registered, a Seton representative will contact you with your new user-ID and password.

Quickly check patient eligibility

This service provides complete eligibility information, including co-pays, limits and deductibles for family members, in seconds.  This system gives you direct access to the same member data that our representatives have provided to you over the phone, so you can rest assured that you are provided with up to date member eligibility and benefits data.

Our search options let you retrieve data using the patient name, date of birth and sex or simply by using the patient's ID Card information.

Easily access information on claims status

This service lets you track the payment status, payment amount, claim detail and check issue date of claims you have submitted to us. You no longer have to wonder about the status of your claims, this secure application gives you to the minute updates of where you submitted claim is in our system.

Check Referral Status

You can now check the status on patient referrals made to you by another physician or the status of referrals you have made to another practitioner.  This service provides you with detailed information on which procedures were authorized, the length of the authorization and the number of procedures that may be performed during that time
